By accessing the Lovable Cookbook website, signing up for an account, copying or using prompts, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Lovable Cookbook is a product of EZDISPLAY LLC ("EZDISPLAY," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Lovable Cookbook is an independent product operated by EZDISPLAY LLC. EZDISPLAY LLC is an official Lovable Solutions Partner; however, Lovable Cookbook is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Lovable. Lovable and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Lovable Cookbook is a curated prompt library and educational resource. It is not custom software development, legal advice, security advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service. Prompts are intended to be copied into third-party AI or development tools such as Lovable, OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Cursor, Codex, and similar services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms where legally required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Lovable Cookbook platform, the selection and arrangement of prompts, human-authored content, branding, and other protectable materials are owned by or licensed to EZDISPLAY LLC to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use prompts available to your account for your own personal or internal business projects, including using outputs for commercial purposes to the extent permitted by relevant third-party terms and applicable law.
You own your own projects and any outputs you produce only to the extent provided by applicable law and by the terms of the third-party AI or development tools you use.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, preservation of evidence, and pursuit of appropriate legal remedies.
We may:
"Lifetime access" refers to access for the commercial life of the product and your account, subject to availability, updates, discontinuation, legal obligations, force majeure, and your continued compliance with these Terms. It does not imply that EZDISPLAY LLC is obligated to operate the Service indefinitely.
Premium access is a one-time purchase. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
All sales are final except where required by applicable law or where expressly stated at checkout. Chargebacks, fraud, or abusive activity may result in suspension of access pending resolution.
The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party services, including Lovable, OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Cursor, Codex, and other AI or development tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
When you submit content (for example, a service application or project review), you retain ownership of your submission. You grant EZDISPLAY a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, review, and use your submission solely to operate, review, respond to, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that prompts will produce specific results, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZDISPLAY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LOVABLE COOKBOOK IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZDISPLAY LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your projects and their deployment; your violation of applicable law or third-party provider terms; infringement caused by content or modifications you provide; your misuse of the Service; or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Northern Virginia, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may bring an eligible matter in small claims court.
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZDISPLAY concerning the Service.
By using Lovable Cookbook, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
