    Lovable Cookbook is an independent product operated by EZDISPLAY LLC. EZDISPLAY LLC is an official Lovable Solutions Partner; however, Lovable Cookbook is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Lovable. Lovable and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

    2. Scope

    This Policy applies to the Lovable Cookbook websites, user accounts, purchases, prompt access, service applications, project reviews, workshops and services pages, and related communications (collectively, the "Service").

    3. Information We Collect

    • Account identifiers such as email address and authentication identifiers (including OAuth identifiers when you choose Google sign-in).
    • Optional profile information you provide.
    • Purchase and transaction metadata such as amount, product, and status. Full payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.
    • Service applications and project-review submissions you voluntarily submit.
    • Communications and email preferences, including messages you send us and your subscription or unsubscribe status.
    • Technical, device, and log data such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps.
    • Cookies or local storage used for authentication, preferences, security, and, where applicable, analytics.
    • Content you voluntarily submit, including text you enter into forms or AI-assisted features.

    4. How We Use Information

    • Authenticate users and maintain sessions.

    We rely on trusted service providers to operate the Service. Categories and currently used providers include:

    • Hosting, database, and authentication: Supabase.
    • Payments: Stripe.
    • Email delivery: Resend.
    • OAuth sign-in: Google (when a user selects Google sign-in).
    • Site hosting and build services: Lovable and associated infrastructure providers.
    • AI model providers: used only when an AI-assisted feature is invoked.

    We do not sell personal information for money.

    6. AI-Assisted Features

    Content you submit through AI-assisted review or similar features may be transmitted to an AI provider to generate feedback. Do not submit secrets, credentials, sensitive personal information, regulated data (such as health or financial data), or any content you do not have permission to share.

    7. Disclosures of Information

    We may disclose information:

    • To processors and service providers acting on our behalf.
    • To professional advisers such as legal, accounting, and audit professionals.
    • To authorities when legally required or to respond to lawful requests.

    You may request correction or deletion of your account or profile information, unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in those emails or through your account, and submit privacy requests by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

    Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to appeal or file a complaint with a state authority.     The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users aged 13 through 17 may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where legally required.
